Our Approach
The aspirational brand story "Art & Nature. Elevated." was developed to encapsulate the exhibition's distinctive positioning where contemporary sculpture and coastal landscape combine to create something greater than either alone.
This positioning platform provided a beautiful framework for all communications, guiding the refresh of the existing wordmark and typography alongside a contemporary colour palette drawn directly from the natural landscape of the exhibition setting.
Execution
The refreshed identity system was rolled out across website content and design, campaign materials, and all event communications, creating visual consistency that honoured the exhibition's heritage while signalling renewed ambition.
The contemporised brand brought clarity and cohesion to the 2022 event, ensuring the visual identity matched the calibre of sculpture on display and the spectacular Waiheke Island location that makes this exhibition truly distinctive.
