Our Approach

Stakeholder workshops uncovered a powerful insight: the service enables customers to embrace circularity principles while simultaneously increasing performance and reducing over-provisioning, leading to the name "Circularity Services."

The positioning platform "More Life from the Lifecycle" was developed to capture the human-centered purpose of the service, supported by a 360° circular service diagram that became the architectural backbone for navigating the large, complex service menu across all customer touchpoints.

Execution

An uplifting design system complementary to Datacom brand guidelines was created, brought to life through custom photo and video shoots for a branded explainer video that made the complex service approachable.

The circular service diagram was animated and deployed across channels including collateral, social content, partner campaigns, infographics, website content, and articles, creating consistent visual language that helped customers understand and navigate the comprehensive lifecycle management offering.
