Our Approach

A brand framework methodology was developed to work collaboratively with Spark stakeholder teams and IT partners, extracting the compelling human stories behind digital transformation successes.

This structured approach defined clear messaging frameworks and creative treatments for both customer success stories (non-profit aged care organisations, Auckland University) and solution positioning (Meeting Rooms, Surface-as-a-Service, Cyber Security offerings), ensuring each story authentically captured how technology changes business, life, and learning for the better.

Execution

An end-to-end video production process was established, managing everything from stakeholder workshops and script development to talent recruitment and production partnerships with Pure Media, Spur Film, and Auckland University Film Unit.

The methodology enabled Spark to consistently deliver inspirational video content across multiple teams and solution areas, creating a library of authentic New Zealand success stories that demonstrate tangible business outcomes rather than technical features.
